A thrilling adventure story of a disparate team of researchers, soldiers and adventurers; they've come together to explore a mysterious island somewhere in the Pacific not found on any map and is just as dangerous as it is beautiful. Their journey of discovery turns into a fight for survival and escape from this primordial paradise, which is not a place for humans.

An American screenwriter, director and producer, hee scored at numerous festivals with the short film Successful Alcoholics (2010) and his feature debut comedy The Kings of Summer (2013). His work also includes the TV series Mash Up (2011) and You're the Worst (2014).
