Family Film (2015)
A married couple sets out on an ocean voyage and leave their two children at home; their parents' absence means freedom for them. Their seemingly carefree life turns to fear when they don't hear from their parents for a long time. Their parents' boat has capsized in a storm and the dog, their father's favorite, has been lost. Their parents' return coincides with the drama at home. Their son is in the hospital and needs a kidney transplant. Upon being tested for compatibility, it becomes clear that his father is not really his biological father. As the crisis comes to a climax, we find ourselves on a deserted island, where the dog, who survived the shipwreck, is fighting for survival – and not just his own.
