FILMS WANTED: Submit Your Film to the 67th Zlín Film Festival

We are looking for outstanding cinematic stories, bold creative visions and fresh perspectives that resonate with children, teens and young adults. Zlín Film Festival is now accepting film submissions for its 67th edition. The registration form is available here.
Every film begins with a story. And we want to discover yours. Whether it is live-action, animation, a documentary or a student film, we are looking for stories that spark imagination, challenge perspectives, make audiences laugh or move. We want to discover exceptional films from around the world and bring them to Zlín, where they meet young audiences, filmmakers and film professionals.
Film Submission
To be considered, submissions must include:
- A fully completed application form
- An online screener with English subtitles
- The complete application and screener must be submitted no later than March 1, 2027
Applicants will be notified in writing regarding their selection by April 1, 2027.
Eligibility and Submission Requirements
- Films must have a production date after January 1, 2025
- Animated films are subject to a maximum runtime of 15 minutes
- Short live-action films are not accepted, with the exception of student films
