He chaired the Ecumenical Council of Churches in the Czech Republic and has long organized film screenings and discussions, including for the One World Human Rights Film Festival. He has served on ecumenical juries in Zlín, Karlovy Vary, and Cannes, and volunteers in a Prague detention center and with Diaconia.
