He studied directing at FAMU in Prague. His student films Together (2015), Imprisoned (2016) and Frontier (2020) were screened at several international festivals (San Sebastian, Karlovy Vary, Trieste). His short film Rites (2022) won the Czech Lion award. He also works in TV, e.g., he produced the webseries for iBroadcast Five Years (2022). He is working on the continuation of the miniseries The King of Šumava (2022-2024).
