	IMP’S READING ROOM starting at 09:00 \| František Bartoš Regional Library in Zlín The children’s section of the František Bartoš Regional Library in Zlín is joining in with the accompanying programme of the International Film Festival for Children and Youth for the sixth time with its Imp’s Reading Room with a Book.
	ANIMATED SHORTS WORKSHOP FOR CHILDREN starting at 09:00 \| Tomas Bata University The objective of PEQUEÑOS DIBUJOS ANIMADOS (Small Animated Images) is to show children how an audiovisual work comes to life; they experience the whole process themselves. The workshop is organized in a playful way and supports team work.

	We’re Planting the Festival Celebrity Tree starting at 10:00 \| Svoboda Park The planting of the celebrity tree is a traditional accompanying event of the festival. Several skilled hands will again help Dana Morávková and Jiří Hadaš plant the tree this year.
	Rainbow Marble – Rainbow Day with Advertising starting at 10:00 \| Klub Loft 577, tř. T. Bati 190 We’ll commence this year’s Rainbow Marble on June 3rd in the jazz café Loft 577, which you’ll find in the centre of town on the street Třídě Tomáše Bati at address 190 in Zlín (under the café Archa).

	Professional conference of the Rainbow Marble – New trends and etiquette in advertising starting at 12:00 \| Wichterleho Hall, Mostní ulice 5139 Nowadays the word “responsibility” is being used in all areas and is coming from all sides. The primary goal of the Rainbow Marble is to put an emphasis on the ethical side of commercial and non-commercial communications.
	A Chance for the Children – “Child in Crisis” starting at 12:30 \| Hotel Moskva, Práce square, Zlín This seminar is part of a long-term Czech-English project called "Education is For All Children". This project is a traditional part of the accompanying programme of the film festival.
	Festival Day of Health in Uherské Hradiště starting at 14:00 \| Masaryk square, Uherské Hradiště Just like last year, this year the partner town's of Otrokovice, Vsetín, Uherské Hradiště and Kroměříž will again join with Zlín as the traditional center of festival events, like Festival Day of Health.
	YOUNG STAGE starting at 16:00 \| Film Café, Tomas Bata University Young Stage is a project enabling children and young people from amateur ensembles to present themselves within the framework of the IFFCY not only in front of the general public but also to perform for the distinguished guests of the festival.
	Concert of Hope - Petr Muk starting at 18:00 \| Míru square, Zlín - FREE ENTRANCE The Drop of Hope Foundation will be helping children afflicted with haematopoiesis for the ninth year in a row.
