Information about Accreditation and Tickets to Film Screenings
ACCREDITATION
Only properly registered applicants can get accreditation (the deadline is May 15, 2010).
Once you have been successfully registered, you will be given confirmation by e-mail or by telephone.
Registration forms can be found and downloaded in the section Information for Visitors, and there are two variants of the form:
1) Accreditation without accommodation - fill this form out if you do not require us to secure accommodation for you.
2)Accreditation with accommodation - fill this form out if you need our help in securing accommodation at your own expense (a summary of hotels and lodging houses can be found in the section Accommodation).
As a bonus to acquiring accreditation, you will have free admission to 3 films screening.
PRESS ACCREDITATION
PRESS accreditation is only for journalists and media staff. See above for the accreditation forms.
As a bonus to acquiring accreditation, you will have free admission to 3 film screening. Press screenings are only open to those with PRESS accreditation and they are fee.
ADVANCE AND ON-THE-SPOT TICKET SALES
Tickets for the Film Festival 2010 screenings will be available for everybody until the capacity of projection places are sold out.
As of May 24th, it will be possible to purchase advance tickets at Golden Apple Cinema for film screenings at Film Festival Zlín 2010.
50% of the capacity of screenings rooms will be available for advance sale.
From May 29th, tickets will be sold at two other locations, at the tickets desks at Velke Kino Cinema and at the festival's Information Centre at Tomas Bata University on Mostní street.
The usual ticket reservation system will not be available on the Internet from May 29th to June 4th!
As of May 29th it will be possible to buy tickets at all three ticket sale points for films screened on the day of purchase and for the following day.
The admission fee is the same for all charged film projections - CZK 20. Charged projections start everyday at 2 PM during the entire festival.
Admission is free to screenings at the outdoor cinemas on T.G. Masaryk square and the House of Art (Dům Umění).
Morning projections of fairy tales at the Golden Apple Cinema will again be added to the program for the littlest of moviegoers and their parents.
No admission fee is charged here either. However, viewers have to collect their tickets at the ticketoffice before they enter.
All other morning screenings have been reserved for groups and they are free of charge.
Ticktes that have not been taken by groups will be available for free from May 24 at the ticket office at the Golden Apple Cinema and from May 29 at all three points of sale.
