Borderless (2014)
The story of a boy who always goes fishing at a beached ship in the border zone. He turned the grounded ship into a place of seclusion and serenity where he can earn a livelihood as a fisherman. His seclusion and serenity are disturbed when a stranger appears. Though the stranger claims to own the ship, the boy doesn’t believe him and resists the stranger. Through the use of force, the stranger divides the ship into two zones. A few days later, another stranger enters the ship…

Biography
Amirhossein Asgari (1978) is an Iranian director. He's worked in theater, and after completing his studies at Tehran University of Art entered the world of film and TV. He's taken part in the making of numerous films and series. He began directing with the short films Catnap (Chort e Kotah, 2008) and Maybe Another Time (2012). The drama Borderless (Bedone Marz, 2014) is his successful feature-film debut.
