"Napříč časem" (Through the time), ZLÍN 1918 - 2008

Jun 2nd 2009 | The exhibition is installed in the lobby of the Municipal Theatre in Zlín and is freely open to public from 4 pm to 6 pm and from Tuesday 2nd of June to Friday 5th of June.

The exposition has on display unique documents which will allow everyone to have a look at the miniature world of the city of Zlín within the moments of the birth of the republic of Czechoslovakia. The inseparable part of the exhibition is also the commemoration of Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk who had been elected by the ‘Wallachian’ towns including Zlín as their representative in the parliament. The last part of the exhibition tries to describe single events of the past ninety years in a way in which they had imprinted on the main square in Zlín.
